
Use of the VRTY System indicates your agreement with and acceptance of these terms as a pre-condition for use of the VRTY system. If you do not agree with these terms, do not proceed with using the VRTY System.
VRTY reserves the right to amend these terms of service from time to time so you are advised to check these regularly for updates and changes. Continued uses of the VRTY System indicates acceptance of the amended terms from time to time.
VRTY System account holders must be an accredited educational institution, an authorised representative of same, or an adult over 18 years of age at the time of sign-up. Account holders will not assist or allow access to the VRTY System to parties who are not directly under that account holder’s control and authority. Account holders are wholly responsible for the actions of any and all users who access the VRTY System via an Account Holder.
VRTY respects copyrights and other IP rights; for example, images, footage, music, trade marks. All users of the VRTY System must respect third party rights, meaning users must not reproduce or use any third party materials without proper authorization. Creative Commons (CC) materials may be used in accordance with the relevant licence terms. Non-CC materials must not be ingested to the VRTY System without specific consent from the relevant rights owner/s.
VRTY has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites. You expressly relieve VRTY from any and all liability arising from your use of material from any third-party website or source of any kind. The relevant account holder is primarily responsible for all users under their account, complying fully with these terms and conditions.

You understand and acknowledge that you waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies against VRTY to the fullest extent permissible under law, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless VRTY, its owners, operators and licensees to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to your use of the VRTY Service.
VRTY makes every reasonable effort to maintain data on the VRTY System but you acknowledge that computer systems are complex technical systems and VRTY is not responsible for data loss for any reason. You are strongly advised to maintain your own back-up copy of work loaded onto the VRTY System.
The VRTY System is and remains at all times the property of VRTY Pty Ltd.
VRTY is constantly working to improve the VRTY System however software is inherently complex and prone to unforeseeable malfunctions or operations. The VRTY System is provided “as is,” with any faults, and VRTY gives no representations or warranties of any kind relating to the VRTY System or its fitness for purpose. Nothing contained on these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
In no event will VRTY, any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the VRTY System. VRTY (including its officers, directors and employees) will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to use of the VRTY System.
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent VRTY from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
VRTY may assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification.These Terms constitute the entire agreement between VRTY and you in relation to your use of the VRTY System, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Australia for the resolution of any disputes.
